This motor mount is high quality, and it is made of tough T6 Aluminum.  It is thick, yet very lightweight.  And it will never break / bend on you.

Why do you need an aluminum motor mount?  The biggest reason you should get an all aluminum motor mount is because, often times when you are either racing or bashing and you hit a bump, you get a little flex in the back area where the pinion and spur gear is located, and this is largely due to the STOCK plastic motor mount.  When you get the flex, there is a high chance that you will either strip your spur gear or damage your pinion, or worse, damage your rear differential.

This aluminum motor mount eliminates ALL flex.  So your spur will no longer slip as there is no longer any flex in the back area.  This in turn enhances the drivability, and you will be able to notice it right away.  We also did away with the stock bearing, and went with an oversized bearing that will give your spur gear a lot more support.  Our bearing size is 10x19x5mm (stock bearing size is 10x15x4mm in comparison) .  The motor mount is a perfect fit on SLASH, RUSTLER, STAMPEDE AND HOSS (4×4 LCG CHASSIS ONLY), with no modification or needing anything extra.
