Cobra Racing Shipping Policy
At Cobra Racing, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Below, you'll find detailed information about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and international shipping policies.
Order Processing & Handling Time
- Orders received before 12 PM PST (Monday – Friday) will typically be processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Please note that handling time is separate from shipping time and usually takes 1 business day before the carrier scans and moves the package.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
- Standard Shipping (FREE): All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. We offer free shipping on all domestic orders, regardless of the order value.
- Expedited Shipping: Customers who choose expedited shipping will have their order sent via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail (depending on availability).
- Expedited Shipping Timeframe: Expect delivery within 1–3 business days from the date of shipment (Not including handling).
International Shipping
- We offer worldwide shipping to all countries. Simply enter your correct shipping address at checkout, and the international shipping fee will be calculated and added to your total.
- International orders are shipped either via USPS International, UPS, FedEX or DHL, depending on the services available in your destination country.
- Estimated International Delivery Times:
- Most international orders arrive within 5–20 business days, depending on the country and customs processing times.
- Customs & Import Duties:
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
- Cobra Racing does not charge for import taxes at checkout, and any applicable fees will need to be paid upon arrival in your country.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
- Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are estimated based on when the shipping label is created, and do not include handling time.
- While we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or seasonal congestion (such as during holidays).
- Expedited shipping options are available, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Cobra Racing is responsible for ensuring your order is packed and shipped on time.
- Once the package is in transit, it is the customer's responsibility to track their shipment and follow up with the carrier in case of delays or lost items.
- If your package is lost in transit, you will need to contact the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, etc.) directly to file a claim and seek compensation.
