Cobra Racing Return Policy

At Cobra Racing, we are committed to providing high-quality RC parts and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • Opened items that still include original packaging are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged due to improper handling.

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories.

  • Special-order or custom-made items.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

For U.S. orders, we provide free shipping when sending your package to you. However, the cost of return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return — whether due to a defect, a change of mind, or any error from either the buyer or Cobra Racing. This is similar to most online retailers: when you pay for shipping to receive an item, that cost is not refunded if you return it. At Cobra Racing, we provide free shipping on the way out, but any returns coming back must be paid for by the customer.

For international orders, return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Store Credit Policy

  • All eligible returns are refunded as store credit, less any applicable restocking fees.

  • Store credit must be used within 3 months (90 days) of the issue date. Expired credits cannot be reactivated.

  • Cash refunds (back to the original payment method) will only be issued in the event of a Cobra Racing error, such as:

    • The wrong item was shipped

    • An incorrect quantity was received

    • The item was defective or damaged prior to shipment

Return Process

  1. Ensure the item meets all return eligibility criteria.

  2. Securely package the item to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Ship the return to the following address:

  1. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or provide your order number for faster processing.

Once the return is received and inspected, your store credit (minus any restocking fees) will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us for assistance before sending it back. We’ll help arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.

Additional Terms

  • Cobra Racing reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return criteria.

  • Items returned without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.

  • Refunds/store credits apply to the product cost only, excluding all shipping and handling fees.

  • Cobra Racing is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
