Fitment Note (Read Before Ordering):
These are the Extreme Heavy Duty (EHD) versions of the Traxxas knuckle design. EHD knuckles use 6 mm inner bearings (included in the kit). All BL-2S 4X4 models (including XO-1) already use the newer 6 mm configuration, so for those vehicles this kit is a direct, drop-in replacement with no modifications required.
If you’re running an older model or any model that still uses 5 mm bearings, then you must upgrade your CVD driveshafts to a 6 mm-compatible version (EHD-style CVDs) before installing this kit. Standard CVDs only support 5 mm bearings, so they will not fit the EHD carriers.
A quick way to check:

If your existing knuckle set looks like ours in the product photos (before our added design accents), then you already have the newer 6 mm layout and this kit will fit.

If your knuckles look like the older design, then you likely have the 5 mm setup and will need to upgrade the CVD to EHD in order to complete the upgrade.
