Cobra Racing Gift Card Policy

Cobra Racing Gift Cards are a convenient way to give the gift of speed, performance, and precision to any RC enthusiast. Please read the following terms and conditions before purchasing or using a gift card.

General Terms

  • Cobra Racing Gift Cards are redeemable only for products available in our online store.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by California law.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

  • Each gift card has a unique code that must be entered at checkout to apply the balance to your order.

Expiration and Fees

  • Unused balances do not expire.

  • There are no service, maintenance, or inactivity fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

  • Cobra Racing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

  • Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded without proof of purchase.

Usage

  • Gift cards can be used for multiple transactions until the full balance reaches zero.

  • Applicable taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout.

  • All purchases made with a gift card are subject to our standard store policies.

Bonus and Promotional Offers

  • Any bonus or promotional credit applied to a gift card is non-transferable and subject to the terms of the specific promotion.

  • Bonus offers may vary by denomination or promotion and will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Compliance with California Law

  • Cobra Racing reserves the right to modify gift card terms in compliance with California law.

  • Any remaining balances may be subject to regulations under the California Financial Code, Division 10, Sections 1749.45 – 1749.9.
